>>20281641Even the best surgeons still fuck up terribly from time to time. This is an experimental surgery and even the 'best' results have lots of complications. The surgeons don't even care and are just trying to make as much profit as they can. It's a man-made hole that is constantly trying to heal, can't clean itself, and doesn't look anything close to a real vagina. You need to dilate for the rest of your life and it's painful. I feel terrible for people that got SRS and didn't know what they were getting into, the stories are really sad. There's so much misinfo out there so I encourage anyone considering SRS to do extensive research before deciding whether or not it's worth it.
