Here we go:
>Stage 0: loneliness, inceldom etc. Lack of stimuli.
This isn't brainwashing but lack of stimuli makes someone more suspectible to brainwashing. They'll seek out and explore things they otherwise wouldn't
>Stage 1: draw it a girl, call it a boy
Self-explanatory. Subject is introduced to the concept of traps in a way which a heterosexual male will find arousing. Some stop here but because of stage 0 many get hooked and delve deeper.
>Stage 2: Traps become more masculine, trap on guy etc etc
Brainwashers goal is to get subject comfortable with the idea amabxamab sex even if they still find actual 3D action at this point disgusting. Gradually Astolfo-tier traps are replaced my more realistic, masculine figures as subjects preferences are being warped.
>Stage 3: femboys, fem twinks and masks
The epitome of gradual degration started in stage 2. The subject will now associate male form with sex/pleasure and therefore find it arousing. However, development during this stage is also gradual so masks are often used. A fit upper and lower body is often just as attractive as on a fit woman, however subject might break the mind control if they register the femboys more masculine face.
The goal of this stage is to get the subject to associate 3D form with pleasure, especially the male nether areas.
>Stage 4:???
I broke the control before this level so I can only hypothesize. People on this level are often spammed with "GET TOPPED" type of replies, therefore it's possible that the goal is to have them engage in sexual activities.
