unfortunately my male brain illness gets a bit neutralized with this new diagnosis that just got freshly put on the dsm called nonsuicidal self harm, and we all know self harm is fembrained as fuck. more motivation to stop myself from picking my skin and punching my stupid fucking head and repeatedly binging alcohol way past the point of vomiting more than once, idk which one I got the diagnosis from, was readying the wiki page for self harm after seeing that one, apparently you're not even supposed to diagnose actual people with that, it's only for research. wild.
