It was either he literally got bullied out of transitioning, which is totally on them for being so public about it with zero self awareness.

Or they never had dysphoria to begin with and being on hrt and the changes actually gave them dysphoria. Before taking hrt it seemed like they were just a sissy gay crossdresser.
