I'll be very strict with the options, even when allowing bad options, i will signalise it as such,
and will kill the thread with 5 bad choices points. A bad option can have more than 1 bad choice point.
There are also the good choice points but they earn good karma to the team. Ahhhh i gonna sperg this all on the OP, hah!

I am going with group B or C. Group A would be close to young adult Irina, and I need a more naive and less appealing Irina.
Ofc estimated doesnt mean actual then the age from group A can fluctuate down or from group C can fluctuate up.
But as you said, big girls look more appealing on group C I could try to enlarge her on C, change the head shape, but sheshocutie...
