It's a form of exhibitionism combined with humiliation and also the fear/arousal of being blackmailed or EXPOSED to people you know IRL. It's not just a tasteful nude, it's something you have a lot of explaining to do if it gets out there. And for some people that's part of the fetish. For others they don't necessarily want full name exposure or to be ruined, but still just want to lose control of their pics and to be spread around.
Get more into the psychology of homosexuality and masculinity and male gender roles and you will find all kinds of people who have various self esteem issues that get off on being degraded due to those issues.
