One is like this:

D68867EF-4B2C-46AE-A968-9(...).png
9034902E-D2CE-4E65-A90E-3(...).jpg
File: F249EF15-546D-41CD-BE4B-0(...).png
...and either no text or text ask us to post specifically this or that with autistic specifications, as they did so in /pol/ as well
The other had file names like this:
File: 20230101_131835.jpg
...but less commonly seen now.
Now somebody else who is not the instagram spammer might post with a similar file name pattern, it might be the same browser they are using.
