Do this by
a) regularly reaffirming the ways in which you value her. A sincere physical or mental compliment each day goes a long way
b) never act in any way judgemental about any sex thing you have heard of or could possibly hear of. never slut shame, etc.
c) reinforce sexually submissive actions that she takes or indicate subtly that you prefer that kind of thing - "I love it when you're on yuor knees in front of me" etc.
d) phrase yuor desires not as a complaint (i don't enjoy you being dominant) but instead as a shared sexual desire (I think it would be so hot if we X together)
