I actually thought it was really good, way better than where my expectations were. I especially loved all the forced births something the first episode only teased around the end.
Is it better than Ep.1? Hmmm that's a genuinely tricky question to answer, I think it did "some" things better, and some things perhaps not as well. For example I think the girls in the first Ep were hotter, but I like the kinks the 2nd Ep got into etc etc.
Regardless there's a good chance this will probably be the best hentai animation all year..
