C102 has come and gone, there’ll be a bunch of new voice works in the coming months or so as circles begin selling their comiket works on digital shops.

RJ318040 is an enjoyable voice work that isn’t over the top with its R18 content, and delivers a nice story. The setting has your older sister being an eroge voice actor, and she consults you about wanting to gain more experience since her R18 voice recordings are lacking. What I liked about this work is how it included a 40 min radio recording that helps set the scenario, and furthermore, they included the script with extra lines detailing what your character says which expands the story if you choose to read it. This gave the work a hybrid feel between a novel and a voice work, which I suppose should be expected coming from the doujin circle of Sumire/Smile.
RJ317986 is a memorable voice work for sure. The premise is that you’re an orc that has captured the third princess of a kingdom, and you tempt her with food for sexual favors. Voiced by Soramame, the princess will also do the cliché “kill me” line every now and then. While there may not be as much relistening value to this work, I definitely enjoyed my first time around and had some good laughs along the way. The other works I’ve listened to by this circle are not like this, so I would say this is more of an experimental one-off. If the story sounds interesting and you’re open to a few laughs, you may want to give this a shot.
