Conscriptive Breeding Act of [Year]:
Art 1. All persons that reach 18 years of age will be sent to special homes where they'll be assigned breeding partners.
Art 2. Both partners will live with no clothes domestically, to incentivize intercouse.
Art 3.The partners will have sex at least twice a day for two months or until the female gets pregnant, at which point she'll be sent to another facility where she'll stay until delivery; the male will be assigned a new partner at every conception, except for the descibed on Article 5.
Art 4. The conscript will keep breeding until:
1– If male, he impregnates 100 females. Or, if female, she gives birth to at least 10 live children;
2– The conscript reaches 8,5 years of service.
Art 5. If a couple is deemed hyperfertle, they will meet again in the following manner:
1– Once the hyperfertile female is pregnant, the usual procedure takes place. Once she gives birth, she will be reassigned to her former partner as soon as he impregnates his current female partner.
2– Hyperfertle couples will breed until either partner can no longer reproduce due to age.
3– Hyperfertle couples won't be separated.
Art 6. Partners are to do all routine activities together as to increase personal contact, aiming to make intercourse more frequent.
Art 7. At the end of the conscription period, males and females will choose as to whom they will marry. For that purpose, they shall do the following:
1– Male and female conscripts shall rank five of their previous partners in order of personal preference. Those who choose one-another will be assigned to live together again. If they live together for at least 8 years with no reported major conflict, they shall be declared married. They shall live together from then on.
2– Hyperfertile couples are married as soon detected.
