So it takes a while for them to:
1) Get the DVD.
2) Extract it to a watchable format.
And 3) Upload it online.
But I think No.1 is the one that takes the most time, it depends on where they get it from and if it takes a while to ship. And again, no idea what I'm talking about, just speculating.
