So many good paizuri/H scenes in general in manga, anime, games, visual novels, etc. ruined with this on top of the mosaic/barcode shit.
Probably one of the worst offenders IMO of any media with this is ones with voice acting, like VNs.

Azarashi Soft does this in their eroge and it triggers the fuck out of me since they make some of the hotter vanilla stuff IMO.
