There's a sense of trust, that it's something you have to be very careful in doing to your partner, so they have to be really trusting you, and you respond to that trust with proper care. There's a little bit of the, "it's sex that exists solely for the sake of pleasure" though I guess that exists for any act that isn't just PIV.
A lot of my personal tastes center around taking something that would be kind of embarrassing and being able to share that with your partner. So somebody willing to let me play around with their butt, or wanting to play with mine, feels like an impartment of trust on an emotional level as well.
The idea of it opening the door to stimulate my partner's front and back at the same time, giving her just a ton of pleasure, also sounds really nice too.
I like the planning, the sense that it's something you actually wouldn't be super spontaneous about because I'm not a spontaneous person. I like things to be thought out ahead of time. The preparation, gradually relaxing a partner, sounds like really nice foreplay as well.
