For magic users, use Joker's Soul Copy skill since you can dual wield a cane and a book at the same time as Joker, then just get all the good self buffs and passives from Thaumaturge and Battlemage.
Tank is really hard to mess up, but you want Incite from Nightmare no matter what. Pretty much every tank skill from Warrior is great too, including the Guard % up ones and the crit immunity skill.
Healer is hard to mess up too. The bare minimum is Cure-All 1 and Recover-All on them. Then just go wild with whatever you want. I made my Uula a Dark Lord for the buffs and also got Alchemist’s Wall Area skill on her.
