You only have VNDB or Ehentai comments section (some people drop a lot of summary info) as your good options. If you're lucky you can find a wiki that some fan(s) made but that's about it. The real way to search up for information is to paste in the Japanese name and then the specific details you want for it, then browse and machine translate the jap sites. If you're just looking for an easy download it's Sukebei.

If it's about picrelated they released a special edition a couple years ago, at the time it was a ray of hope that maybe 1 last OVA for the 3rd game was going to be released but they never did so fuck em.

Thanks for the info. Sad to see Jibril go, it was one of the last of the old guard of hentai anime in my opinion, some of the animation could be wonky but it had a lot better direction than a lot of modern stuff. Also a lot of classic fetishes you don't see much today.

So they did release an uncensored version of ep2 after all?
Guess I'll see when this horrid free free upload site finishes.

As for why they cancelled it, from what I understand they were planning to adapt the whole series of games, but the author died before finishing the final game.
So RIP the games and anime.
If the whole thing finished I wouldn't be surprised if the games got translated with more and more of that kind of stuff coming over these days, both unofficially and officially.

But we can't do anything about the author kicking the bucket before that.

They had plenty of time to finish the anime of game 3 before he died, so I don't think that explains everything. If I recall the final episode of game 2 was in development hell for a long time as well. It's just hard to get the money to make anything halfway decent these days

It had a lot of good scenes I doubt they would animate to begin with. There's the entire NTR thing with Rika that happens that wasn't going to be adapted by how 3rd game's OVA was going so far and we certainly weren't going to get to see Rika mate with a dog, even if they tried adapting some of the NTR stuff. At best we can hope for the last two games to get their own stuff. The main antagonists are basically two other chicks that act like Saturday morning villain's to get the girls raped by random guys, but one of their main main antagonists for the MC is the pic related guy who is basically the true villain by proxy of the other two bad girls. There's that horse scene with Rika in the 6th game as well.

What are you talking about? All games had NTR routes. The djibril series always had a mix of romance scenes, general rape (rape by randoms or tentacles), and NTR specific content. All girls in the first game had their own special good and bad endings. Pic related is MeiMei's NTR bad ending. The second game drops this to only giva Rika and the little sister a good and each their own bad, and I think another general bad end. My memory is a bit fuzzy on that one, but they had multiple ends an NTR.

The third game just kicked it up a bit by giving Rika an entire NTR subplot, since she doesn't have much to do in the third game's story. As you've noticed, each sequel focuses more on a different girl. Rika was the first lova, the MC's sister was the second addon to his harem, and that new short haired girl in the third became the focus of that. With the sister becoming a temporarily villain (via corruption magic and rape), and the new girl taking the spot as the main heroine to save her, Rika didn't have much to do. Rika's biggest role in the third game is an unavoidable NTR sub-plot that happens at random intervals in the game where she cheats on the MC with random ugly/fat until the end. The MC never even finds out about it. Rika barely has any scenes with the MC in that game but has an abundance of rape and NTR (cheating) content.

The only reason why some people think the 4th and 4th game started the NTR is because the whole term of NTR wasn't even well known back when the 3 prior games existed. The girls having NTR with random men in the first 3 games made it feel like it was just rape as well, unless you read through the dialogue itself to see what kind of scenes they were. Granted the 4th and 5th game does have A LOT more NTR content then before but that was par for the course, as each Djibril sequel added more NTR content to the vanilla and random rape ratio. What really made the idea of the final games being too NTR focus stand out is the fact that they introduced a specific character who would reign over as the male antagonist. Most of the time it was just girls forcing the heroines to get raped by random men, and while the third game did introduce a male villain, he barely got any sex scenes with any of the girls. Kojima-sensei in the last two games was specifically brought up to constantly rape the three new girls and steal them away as the antagonist to the protagonist, while the evil girls were antagonists to the girls. The series always mixed carefree with darker themes. Rika in some avoidable rape scenes of the second game would specifically compare the cocks of the guys raping her to the MC, saying that they were better as she starts giving into them.

It is a pretty fun scene but it's changed drastically from the game. The OVA was likely going to end the animated version in the very next episode, which is why the MC appears to rescue her in that cliffhanger. The MC never appears in the game version of that scene. In Djbril 3 Rika has a bunch of scenes where she can get fucked by her classmates at the hands of the corrupted sister. That scene was just another one of them somewhere in the middle of the game. You either avoid it completely or Rika gets fucked by them until it's over, then you continue on the story. It doesn't take place in some weird pocket dimension, the students aren't being mind controlled, and MC is never present for any of these. I don't remember if the students could tell it was Rika in her transformed angel form but they all acted like her friends would, except they were excited at the chance to fuck a chick. Their memories of it do get wiped each time they rape her though.
