Why is it that animated colorized versions of hentai, just isn't as good as the still images?

I mean if what you've read is great, it gets colorized, plus with sound, and it moves. I feel like irregardless of quality is should be many times better than just the og hentai stills right?

Its not just me either right?

Is it money grubbing Schemes? Is it lack of money?

Just how is it that animated Hentai isn't as good as the original b/w, motionless, audio-less hentai?
