Of course not, Honeypot is for Hair/dresses/accessory/Studio items only.
I can't repeat this enough though, if you people want more mod support for PH you gotta unite, contact modders and pester them on the Discord.
So far only Xyth24 is doing PH head ports because most of the western modding community isn't convinced that working on PH is worthwhile enough, if people are vocal enough the game will have better and more support, the main reason head porting didn't grow outside of the main breakthrough being relatively recent is that:
-Nobody has figured out how to make multiple slots, according to Xyth, PH has stability problems he doesn't know how to fix so his solution is using the Head 4 slots and overwriting it with a custom head, which is clunky since you can only have one head at a time.
-Modders don't see any reason to move since they don't see any worthwhile user interest in PH or any potential profit
Best way to change this is to be vocal, otherwise you'll have to stick to HS for those and let go of all the goodies in PH and all the things it does better than HS.

That's correct, it's due to Illusion's notorious accordion dick and there's not much you can do about it other that using skin overlays to damage control, HS is the same

Why so many cards seem broken?

man that sucks. it's really off-putting and way more noticeable than the cocks in HS, which do change color with the skin and the head kinda disappears so it's not as obvious. I like the girls and animations in PH a lot more though. I honestly might just go back to the censored version, at least for the males lol

Sure, PH might not be getting new mods every other day, but it's not like HS gets mods every other day either. Studio mods are the lowest form of mods available, and Honeypot pretty cover can cover it.

Just use the default male uncensor skin overlay, it will fix those noticeable texture problems.

HS still has its own advantages like ported heads and more studio content in terms of mods, PH is different enough to stand on its own but not enough to make HS obsolete, HS is still the best option if you want to play around with ported heads for instance.

Sure, it's just like HS, slap the abdata folder in your main playhome folder, when you do so for HS items you want to import remember to run Honeypot afterwards.

If faces don't load it's because you're using parts that aren't available in PH, wideslider values also appear to not work in the conversion sometimes.

Depends on what the problem is.
Using custom heads for instance is unsolvable since they just don't exist in PH, as for possible wideslider problems, if I were you I'd take a screenshot of the values and then copy those in PH.

imma need some help
so i just found out about noises repack and i just recently got into this whole thing, so when i found out that me downloading flashbangz' version was apparently a mistake, i cleaned up my pc a little and i'm now downloading noises repack.
since i can somewhat tell by his original post what the repack includes, can someone tell me what does it NOT include?

note that i'm not interested in the studio so any studio related mods aren't relevant to me

All the mods that came after the release, including fixes for the Skin Overlay and HS to PH animation plugins, which you absolutely must get.
Most notably, it lacks GCHAOS' male skins, Nyaacho's skins and the VRK skins, not sure whether it included certain parts like 3D pubes either, you should check, there's other indepth skin mods you must apply manually yourself with SB3UGS, which I don't know whether you know how to use or are even interested in, they're fairly minor sidegrades that are also likely to fuck up your game real good if you mess up something.
As for ported heads, there aren't any and for a good reason since they overwrite the Head 4 type to work, which is potentially a nuisance, so for those you're on your own and must download them all manually from Xyth's patreon page.
Needless to say it also lacks a lot of studio mods, maps especially, which you shouldn't care much given how you apparently want to stay in the main game, I can only tell you that's a mistake, but to each their own, it's nothing you can't remedy later either way.

By the by, you can use Honeypot to export hair/dresses/accessories/studio items to HS, the rate of successful conversion is so so but when it works, it works, and there's really nothing to lose from trying.

It shouldn't be a problem in the main game since you're limited to a few characters, but mind that the Gamechanger plugin drastically reduces performance, so it's up to you to decide whether it's worth it or not, I'd say if you fuck around in Studio and want complex scenes with 5 or more characters, you pretty much need to take it out, but again, your choice, I can only report you this issue so you don't eventually wonder what's wrong with the game.

So the main game I get to replace the 3 girls with any edit I want, but is there any free H option in PH? Do I need to keep "progressing" the main story for different position options and stuff?

If you have 100% save you can switch the scenarios to see the other positions. But you can't use positions from other scenarios.

Yeah, what seems to be the problem?
Just pick a position and you're good to go.
Of course, certain specific map positions are only available if you're using those maps, and for things that need two women you need to have those two women active, these are the only restrictions you have.

the eyes are freakishly large so probably start trimming those down, edge to edge isn't good. maybe widen the jaw and bring up the chin. also, a good nose can make the face, and most of the time its just a fat tip tilted up or down and nostril contour.

Remember that you NEED to download the appropriate Starlene's HS mods for the hair/accessories though, and then run Honeypot.
Don't bother with the costume parts because they are glitched, unless somebody good with SB3US can help you out you're on your own for those, but the accessories and hair work just fine.

The various hair packages in the MEGA PH stash like Saw's wigs are really good AND have physics, unlike Baihair, just get all of the MEGA hair stuff you can find, it's a good start.
You can also import some of the HS hair pieces with a good conversion ratio.

Noise's repack is pretty good, I'd recommend it.

Neither because they're both outdated and won't work outside of giving you access to studio poses from HS.
Go into the discord and pick up the updated plugin in the mod sharing channel, make sure you READ the instructions and follow them too.

For the main game, no, you have to load a different card.
As for the studio, it's just like HS, you select a voice and the lines you want.
The HS to PH Plugin you'll get also lets you use ALL HS voiceclips in Studio, just so you know.

I believe the Scene Loader in your IBL plugin also works in the main game, but I'm not sure how that behaves with the main game's automatic repositioning.

No, it's the same as HS on that.

Those are all things specifically made for PH I assume, if they don't load then there's something wrong with your game, and for that you're on your own.
If you installed HS items outside of skins, then you need to run Honeypot first after installing them, and HS skins/makeup and whatever isn't a specific item just doesn't work in PH.

The girls have like... 5 iirc experience categories (oral, anal, vaginal, dirty talk, semen) which level up (those purple circle things). When all 5 are maxed out you unlock an alternate slutty personality with different dialogue. After unlocking them you can freely change between the two personalities for each girl using a menu option before starting an H session.

What the fuck is wrong with my Yuko? I just downloaded this shit and for some reason Yukos skin keeps turning jet black but her head stays the same. Everytime I load her character or change the skin she looks normal but then a split second later she's back to looking like she's wearing latex from the neck down. No other character does this, just Yuko. I wouldn't be too upset with this since you can customize characters but she has different dialogue I can't enjoy with this problem.

There's one body suit but outside of the standard ones from HS, leotards aren't a thing.
Maybe try some of the full body lingerie suits, they aren't leotard but if you're looking for some body suit of sort they might scratch that itch.

Sure, just drop them in and run Honeypot.
Honeypot isn't magic though, don't expect for a lot of stuff to be ported well, most of them will have transparency issues and whatnot, but there's also a good part of those that get ported fairly well, if almost perfectly.
I've been lurking in the PH discord lately and it seems some modder is interested in looking into Honeypot or coming up with another tool to better port HS stuff to PH, this is just a recent thing so I don't know if they'll follow up with it, but just so you know, it could be possible to get better porting tools for people who don't want to learn SB3US, or at least more native HS to PH ports.

You can use all the HS positions(including the few SBPR that have been ported there) with the HS animation plugin.

One reason is because PH is more optimized so a lot of plugins are effectively conflated(The equivalent to Rendered Editor function for loading textures is in the Shortcut plugin for PH for instance) or have more functions than HS, not to mention that PH just doesn't need certain stuff like converting PH scenes...to PH?
The other reason is because PH effectively lacks a few other advanced plugins, like Node_Constraints because nobody ported it yet, or Video_Export(Nobody cares, almost useless).
A lot of the newer plugins are also on the discord.

It's literally the same deal.
PH has the advantage of having a better repack with 90% of what you need already done, so it's not like you need a lot of instructions really, unless you're trying to mod in Kusako's skins, and his blog has all the instructions you need.

It's Illusion, Playhome is just Playclub 6. HS was 5, etc. If you're wanting the same assets with upgraded graphics and different options, you'll get it.

If you want an actual story sequel, or a game that actually successfully builds on PH's good mechanics and does away with the bad, you're out of luck. You're gonna get something completely random.

Constructive Criticism?

The crown is looks out of place, like it sticks out as obviously an extra layer on top of the image rather than as a genuine part of the image.

My suggestion make it larger and actually get it close to her forehead to make it look part of that world rather than an extra layer of another world overlapped on top. Otherwise the rest is fine just keep focusing on the shading details and you'll be doing good :)

Not sure about that, there was an old tool for that but I doubt it works anymore after all the mods, you should check the Hongfire thread.

Main game? Not that I know unless you use the Shortcut mod, I guess, but it's a very unstable mod that eats up performance so I wouldn't recommend it.

Unlike HS, the four girls in this game all have some kind of built in personality that influences their expressions, so they react differently.

They react differently at the beginning of an H scene (Basically everyone but Ritsuko are horny and smiling when broken) but as soon as you stick your weiner in they're all tears and wide-eyed. The only exception is when they're giving you a footjob or buttjob in which case the girls actually remain smiling if they're not Ritsuko. Simply install and then run Honeypot, then press F12 if the ported mods do not load automatically when used, try to remember where those mods are installed in their original version, as in whether they're hair sets, hair parts or accessories, so far there's no HS mod that won't show up at all in PH, if you run Honeypot it will show up, it might not work well or not load in some rare cases, but it will be visible.

Studio props for liquids from HS can be ported with Honeypot, they usually have transparency/reflection issues though, as for the normal effects, nope, you can't get anything better, just like HS.

I believe there's only one small set of hair he didn't port yet, and those still show up in PH, albeit some of those lack the built in accessories.

No, like all Illusion games, at some point the animations break.
Generally speaking, as long as you stay in normal, non wideslider values you'll be fine, even at 0 female height, not to mention you can recalibrate animations manually in Studio.
As long as you go under 0 or over 100, even by a single point, expect problems.

The character creator demo should drop by the end of the month iirc, kinda interested myself given how Illusion Lab is hyping people on their new reflection, shaders and illumination tricks.

Seems to me they're just using the usual base rig they're carrying over since Playclub but with higher polycount on hands and better shaders/textures, which is not really bad.
The problem with those rigs is that customization falls off in critical areas like hand, feet, necks and other stuff, which is expected on one hand given how they setup their animations, but still disappointing.

Most of the hair from those packs is available natively too by the way, and given how some of those have accessories I already warn you that they're not gonna translate well with Honeypot.
Saw's still working on PH mods either way, although he's mostly doing dresses atm, perhaps he likes PH's better physics for those.

I also warn you that I don't have good experience with wigs, most of those end up having massive transparency problems when imported with Honeypot, like the DoA wigs, I expect this one to be the same, but who knows.
Mind you that technically, all these things can be imported manually with SB3US, there should be a tutorial on how to do it on the Discord and iirc on Xyth's patreon too.
Afaik PH uses a slightly different format for items in which material properties like transparency and reflection are all put in the same datafiles, whereas HS has them as separate data, this is what causes PH to have transparency/reflection issues on items when porting things with Honeypot.

As for you, SUPA's stuff is also ported and visible though I'm afraid 90% of his wigs are completely unusable due to having no transparency whatsoever AND pretty much no texture works either, as I said in my other post.
This isn't a problem for the DOA stuff though since Xyth's DOA ports come with natively ported wigs afaik, so check those.
I don't know whether there's a native 2B port, you should check Xyth's patreon, one thing you could do, is taking Roy's port folder, find the hair data and port it manually as a hair piece if you don't want to slap the entire character folder altogether, in theory it shouldn't cause problems since PH literally doesn't read HS custom head data, but don't quote me on that, this is just how it should work, in theory.

If these things still do not show for some reason and it wasn't a mistake on your side in the case you forgot where these items show up in the lists, you probably have some missing mods like the PH item resolver, or you have messed up something while installing other stuff.
And if that's the case, you know what that means, a clean install, or if you didn't already, a download of Screw's repack to save yourself the headache or reapplying all the basic stuff, good luck to the both of you.

Many thanks anon, I'm new to Playhome but i'm pretty sure I've done some shit that the imports are not showing, they are literally the only issue I have with the game, PH mods works normally for me. I guess I'm missing some mod that allows that but the honeypot readme file is not being very specific.

It's possible, the problem is it's hard to say what you've done wrong that doesn't make HS stuff show up.
Again, I warmly suggest you to get Screw's repack, it's really a lifesaver for PH user as while it does have a few outdated mods and lacks one year worth of studio mods, it's still an amazing repack that will save you multiple hours of manual downloads and drag and drops.

well it looks like you can fix the sheen problem by changing the shader, but the thin areas like the tip edges of the hair gets filled in. the shader with the shiny problem has a property that makes the thin areas of the mesh transparent i guess, which the shaders without the shiny problem don't seem to have. not sure if this is fixable without exporting this and fixing it in a 3d program

There are two pieces of clothing that makes the game unplayable for me (absolutely low fps) which are the pantyhoses Latex Pants, Torenka and Leather pants. What the fuck? I play the game fine 60+ fps but whenever I put those clothes on a character, boom, unplayable.
It's a shame cause I have such a boner for latex pants. Fuck bros.

There's two shortcut plugins for PH, one of those(the one that is also available for HS) causes notable performance issues, especially in studio, if you have it installed and do not use it consider deleting the plugin as it will make your game perform much better.

There is another thing that has been noted for cuasing major performance issues, modifying limb length through bone modifiers, longer/shorter legs or arms cause framerate issues, though given how very few people do mess around with bone modifiers I suspect this is fairly out of the question in your case.

If neither of these are the case, I really do not know what to tell you anon.

Shitposting aside, depends on what you want to do really, if you want barbie doll house amounts of costumes and a few more in depth options for custom made animations like colliders, HS is the better option.
If you care more about visuals, animations library and some other visual QoL options, PH is the better option, and it also has its own share of costumes or studio items you won't find in HS.

But the truth of the matter is, going idort is always the best option, both games have a few advantages over the others and there's no reason why you can't use both.

Hey, I've managed to get the patch again by running the ipa plugin.
I have everything good and even managed to import hairstyles.

The only weird thing is that the game is messing up the shadow's positions acording to the camera for some reason.
