I certainly hope so, as much as people clamor for AA3 I've been waiting on a sequel to AG3 for god knows how long, as much as I appreciate the character interactions in a game like AA or Koikatsu the actual h-"gameplay" in all of Illusion's modern titles is borderline nonexistent

I really liked SeccroSphere. It came out just before Koikatsu, as far as I remember, and had some very nice poses, an ability to have decachinpo shota and fuck your harsh neesan and such. Made me plenty excited for their upcoming game but the latter had its' merits all in other deparments sadly.

Looking through Illusion's wiki, I found this game, Battle Raper. Its an interesting concept, but I can't find any gameplay.

I have a soft spot for Premium Play Darkness because at the time it felt like a good balance between 2D and 3D.

The actual game is pretty crap but he studio is wonderful, plus there are a bunch of dedicated mod makers. It's a shame that it's all gone now.

Yuusha kara wa nigerarenai (You can't escape from heroines) is a game that I wish had more traffic.
It's a game where 6 fantasy heroines attempt to seal a devil overlord (you) via vaginal combat. AFAIK it is the only illusion game where the girl takes lead and attempt to tease and dominate the player. They will ride and grind you, switching between variations of cowgirl positions, and playfully banter at the player. I'm sick of all the other illusion games where the girl is stuck in one position screaming at 150 dB.

Illusion rarely attempts femdom stuff anymore, it must not be in their market. It's is a real shame. If they make something like Yuusha but with Koikatsu graphics I would break banks.

Oh Yuusha also has a RPG battle system which is a complete clusterfuck. That part sucked.

So here's an easy question, what is the best (and worst) unmodded illusion game?
My favorite would have to be @HM, mainly because the world it uses feels small but filled with activities to do with each girl.
The worst would have to be Secrossphere. It has good variety of girls that are sadly uncustomizable and have scenes locked to them.

There not even close to the same game though? The little that I played and seen of Honey Select, it seems like its just a waifu maker/poser game. Rapelay has like, actual gameplay and story, and not just adjusting sliders to make big tiddy anime gf.

It’s very short. There is a story then you unlock free mode which you can select which girls (up to all 3) you wanna fug and where.
It’s good though. The positions and clothing options are rather basic but you can definitely enjoy the story and a get a few good faps with the free mode.
I wanna play it again now.

I kinda feel like out of all the school themed games Illusion has made so far, SchoolMate offers a bit more soul. Artificial Academy and Koikatsu are all about creating your own waifus and spending time with them (or in the case of some of AA's fans, watch others seduce them) in a school environment while SchoolMate is more like an interactive visual novel with quirky characters that go beyond just saying something different when queued.

Of course, Koikatsu is also partly visual novel itself. When you're not seeing to your regular classmates, it offers several girls with their own stories and unique scenes. That's not to say they didn't skimp out on the regular girls too as a more recent update actually offers more fleshed out dating events, including a mock wedding event.

Not into gay stuff myself but Kokatsu should have mods that enables male cards in the female slots. The last mod I recall having that functionality was the patchwork launcher which is currently incompatible with newer versions of the game and the creator has been missing since last year. Honey Select may also have mods to make male characters via the female chars and upon looking it up, gay sex scenes can be enabled in Artificial Academy 2 with the AAUnlimited mod.

As for any of Illusion's other games, SchoolMate has a flamboyantly gay character though he's just there to serve as a comic relief

Gameplay outside of the sex scenes is basically watching or helping the girl do things while you optionally tease/grope her. Sex is about what you'd expect from a VR porn game so nothing special. You can also put her in different clothes and help her bathe.

Modding is practically non existent except for uncensoring her and people trying to make the game playable without VR.

you fight in a 3d arena, in which powerups are scattered.
you need these powerups to out-dps the ai.
after winning the fight you get to H the defeated heroine.
you can play as the heroines if you care about the storyline for some reason, but there's no H scenes where you play as any of the heroines.

Anyone with experience in Sexy Beach 3 here?
I managed to back up almost all, if not ALL of Sexy Bech 3 mods that were released in HongFire before it died and the last thing I think I got right was the Gravure mod that adds 130 new poses.
Problem is I just can't get it to work. I still get just 30 something poses with movement and they clash with the poses with objects like the wooden horse.

The instructions mentioned using a hex editor with the Gravure exe file to change some values but those values aren't there at all.

It wasn't so much as VR, rather it gave you the option to use webcam tracking and two mouses at once. I think Teatime did that with a few of their games too.

I want to say Tech 48 is the best since it doesn't have anywhere near as bad as performance issues as the rest of Teatime's games and has the most sex positions but you'll have to deal with the fact that the girl in the game WON'T SHUT THE FUCK UP. Along with loud breathing, she often repeats the same line over and over and over with little break in speech.

I hear Karemachi Kanojou is good, however it has an online multiplayer component that has heavy focus on netorare if you're into that.

Now iirc, Illusion's Koikatsu actually had some of Teatime's development team involved as Illusion bought the company so if you want a game with that Teatime feel, try that one out

Does anyone remember Schoolmate 2 from 2010? I know it's probably one of the least favorite illusion games due to its lack of interactivities and variety of girls, even the costumizations was almost non-existent. But I've always had a crush with the main heroine. Wish I knew how to port her features (hair, bang, eye contact, etc) into Koikatsu.

Nothing else has been released yet. The trailer said 2019 but who knows if that is the actual year of relase or if that is when more information comes out.

Either way the concept of the game looks like a teaser for artificial girl 4.

The previous artificial girl games were about a guy and a girl alone on a island with an open world. This is basically what the trailer hinted at.

We should be getting some sort of new information about it soon. Koikatsu is pretty much done.

Looking at Illusion catalogue now and seeing how many games they've released is surreal. Actually, the first exposure was Rapelay, but I was a kid back then and didn't play it much besides diddling the milf a bit, other girld didn't interest me that much and I dropped it. Don't remember where I got the game back then though.

"Soul" is a pretty abstract thing. School Mate was amazing at the time it was released - particularly the graphics, but it wasn't really that interesting or long lasting. There wasn't much there, unless you particularly loved the storyline. Which I didn't much care for.
