It's mostly just rumors, speculation and the sensitives of various artists, their publishers, Twitter, 2ch, and the like. However, every once in a while when something comes up that gets wide attention, companies CAN get antsy, and some publishers and artists self-censor to avoid any trouble, though trouble is only likely to come to them if they get caught putting their product in a place where minors can easily access it and some moralfag group gets outraged. I just see it as a business cycle.
