There are a few others I know like Ichihaya (who only does loli shit) with interesting plots, but surely there must be others.
Yukimi also does pretty good writing in his doujins, especially his bakemonogatari ones (pic related, Valhallagatari II).

Once you abstract away the extremeness the collection mostly feels like a worse version of Sekihan's yuri. It's still fine though.
