I have a copy of this. Hirame is Taiwanese, so I had to buy it from a reshipper in Taiwan.
When I placed the order the comic had not been uploaded to Exhentai yet and I intended to get those sweet pandabux from uploading it, but someone else uploaded a scan the day before it arrived.
I also have some random magazines I bought when I was in Japan. I don't have anything special though because I was largely uninitiated at the time.
If you don't know, a reshipper is an Azn that will buy things for you and they ship it overseas for a fee. The Taiwanese reshipper I used charged a flat rate + a % of the cost of the items. They also had a minimum dollar amount for an order. I imagine Japanese reshippers are very similar, so if you want to buy just one book then it probably won't work out.
They were very professional though. They sent me a photograph of the items + a tracking number when they shipped. They also wrote "comic books" on the customs sheet like I asked. In the past I have ordered figures directly from Japs and they ignored my request to keep the customs sheet discreet. Having "Cute lucky star bikini Konata figure" written on the outside of the box the mailman is handing you is quite embarrassing.
