Probably Seifuku Shoujo or Dark Love; it's hard to make the call, though pretty much all of his shit is great.

Do note that I only really watch his stuff for the blowjob scenes. So my ratings are based on that. If I was to rate based on "overall best" it would probably go to Imouto Paradise, because it had the best sex scenes outside of the BJ scenes (IMO) and wasn't loaded with tons of /d/ bullshit.

Best is between Asagi and Kangoku Senkan, though Dark Love and the Nurses series is right up there too. Everything after was diminishing returns, only Mashou no Nie kinda lived up but everything else is varying degrees of not good enough and the Shimon ones looked like he wasn't even trying at all.

Murakami's animation was fluid and character designs were hot up until Kangoku Senkan, after that, his designs took a hit with Imouto Paradise & Zettai Zunshu except the animation was still topnotch & fluid but he took a nosedive both in art & animation quality post them and the latest one is an absolute shit.
