Why did the orcs rebel? Who is their leader and what is his goal?

What changed?

But they aren't part of the same series. I used to think that too, after all both have "Ikusa Otome"-prefix, but turns out Ikusa Otome Valkyrie is based on a game by Lune, while Suvia is based on a Black Lilith game. Also, Suvia has their own version of Freya.

Well, you can't spend too much time introducing characters in a 30 minute hentai anime.

I guess that depends on what you define as a "bad ending". I suppose it's what TV Tropes calls a "Downer Ending"; the protagonist finds happiness in being what she once loathed.
