It's not the stopping force that kills you (that fall wasn't nearly high enough to kill someone) it's the rope snapping the neck, or strangling the victim to death. neither of which are happening here.
The question is, would the tits be strong enough to hold her weight as she stopped falling, would they get ripped off, or would they simply slip through the rope?
