You can sex up the girl(s) you're dating, but it's more a 'fade to black' thing. There's no real boobage, no nipples. Hell, some of the female Personas are dressed skimpier than the girls of the Phantom Thieves.
Is it worth it?
Abso-fucking-lutely.
Just keep this in mind: you literally cannot do everything in the first run. It's impossible by design.
First run, focus on four things above all else, in this order:
1.) maxing as many confidantes as you can, keeping their schedules (and yours) in mind. TEAM MATES > other confidantes.
2.) Collect every fucking pokemon. Fill out the book and do not leave a palace until you have every Persona from it. Collect personas until inventory is full, exit to Velvet Room, register personas, dump useless personas, repeat.
3.) Build/level your custom Persona team. Buy the DLC. All of it. It's cheap. *EVERY* DLC Persona is free to buy the first time, once you get to where you can buy them.
4.) Do things to max your stats. Try not to waste time. Do not sleep unless forced to. Always have a book on hand for the train. In order, you should focus on:
Knowledge [tests, Makoto route, Hifumi Route]
GUTS [KAWAKAMI (Temperance is one of the most useful to get max level, Kawakami route is nice, she'll make coffee and shit for you), TAKAMI (Death is higher priority and easier to get than Temperance and you'll max it earlier. Tae route is nice, but you want the discounts), Iwai (your gun dealer, who becomes redundant when you get execution)]
Kindness [DOWN SHOT, COFFEE/CURRY]
Charm [pretty much every girl]
Proficiency [catchall stat, also for making thief tools]
Use the "Flu Season" 'exploit' in endgame. This gets you max level.
Look up "infinite yet" exploit. Make a 'confuse' Persona. Look up the list of Mementos request minibosses to use it on. Cast confuse and they'll throw out money/items. Use Ann + Joker + healer. Spam for a fewhours for 9999999 Yen.
