There is that moronic disgrace of a story, Maou no Hajimekata. What we're interested in are chapters 8-12. You don't really need to read the chapters before or after that gap, this NTR mini-arc is pretty self-sustainable.
In short, the MC is a some kind of ultra-powerful evil wizard. He does his evil nothing-personnel things and finds himself in a confrontation with a certain party of heroes. The party consist of three women and one man. If I remember it right, one of the women is in the relationship with the guy, while the others secretly have feelings for him, or, at least, deeply admire him. In the chapter 8 the party loses to the MC and gets captured. It starts the NTR plot and finally channels the endless stream of authors edgy bullshit in the right direction (for us, at least).
