振り回す means
1. to weild, brandish, flourish, wave about, swing
2. display (one's knowledge of), show off
3. to abuse (one's power)
4. To manipulate someone
So yeah, hopefully someone more skilled than I can help clear that up. The concept of what she's saying is still there, though.
