>>4953934The healthy BMI has gone up, suggesting that the top range of healthy BMI has been consistantly underestimated. Studies that suggested a connection between high BMI and lower age of mortality were done during the 20th century when vegetable oil was considered good for you, and no one cared about how bad sugar was for you.
Is being overweight/obese unhealthy, or is eating vegetable oil and sugar unhealthy?
>>4953935I want to lose myself inside another person. I've done this with people, but I can't have sex with those particular persons.
Everything is funner though another person. My body is boring, lifeless - the bodies of others seem filled with life. By being with other people, it's like a stream flows from them into me, and I become like them.
It's not so much self-hatred, as lack of narcissistic self-satisfaction. It wouldn't matter if I became a woman - my own body would not be as good as another woman's body. By being around her, I would become like her and as good as her.
It's like other people are a mirror you use to see yourself in - without the other people, you can't see yourself. The love of the mirror is because without it, you can't see yourself - without other people, you can't see yourself.
I just want to be a woman and have friends that treat me as such, you know?
