This is (but is not limited to) having so many beats in one section, several seconds long, that they overlap for the entire section. Going that fast, or even attempting to, can actually make your dick go numb until it "cools off," making the entire exercise completely pointless for the viewer. Keep it to a human level.
Vary the stroke types. No, not speed. There was one I saw where it had different stroke colors, one for loose, one for tight. You could do others for "tease head" or fuck, do arrows. An up arrow is stroke up, a down arrow is stroke down, and a double headed up/down arrow is full stroke. Color them for tight/loose. Maybe even something goofy like "power ups" out of Mario for adding more lube or taking a mid-level break.
for fucks sake, list the fetishes inside the fap hero BEFORE shit gets started. Nothing is worse than getting halfway into the round then getting squicked. If you have to ask "is this a fetish?" then at least tag it, because yes, it IS somebodies fetish, and somebody else's squick.
Make. Rounds. Individually. And. Independant.
Don't number in title cards. Don't cram the whole thing into an hour and a half only to have everyone eyeroll at your shit spelling for the host you stuffed in. Individualize and tag them by what you consider their difficulty, and release a 5-10 minute round. This makes it easier for content producers to create, and host, small things, which in turn adds up to a ton of smaller things that can be browsed, collected, and selected from. Players can create a playlist from these rounds, to make a custom fap hero that suits their own tastes and speed, without the rest of the bloat. You could even have "host rounds" that form a little story, if the players care about that thing, to place between the actual FH rounds. You could loop them to be "survival mode."
