As soon as you have a knockout just press Left mouse click and Hold W. It doesnt always work so maybe you have to position yourself differntly. It always work if they are on their backs.
As soon as you enter the H scene scroll up as fast as possible and then you start choking her. Hit her a couple of times and move your mouse around a bit.
Then you can scroll down and you touch her breast and the Scene starts. Dont scroll down to much since the scene will end quickly. If you have touching her breasts you can look around as much as you want.
You can scroll once more down and you go full ham on her. Then if you look down you will end the scene its a bit off fiddling around with to see where it will trigger for you.
