What if, guy uses time-stop to screw WITH the girls almost as much as he screws them?
Read a story off literotica way back when. It was hypnosis, but the scene where the MC messes with his older sister while she’s lecturing him, by triggering the hypnotism and making her strip down naked and picture up her lecture where she left off. As far as she was concerned, between one moment and the next, she was suddenly nick naked and had no clue why.

Here, potential is still there, though I’m a bit of a vanilla guy and trying to think of how to avoid the obvious tie-in of the guy using his time stop to blackmail the girl with that.

Limitation of time-stop, anything he interacts greatly with won’t be effect by it until he stops and leaves the Area. Undressing a girl is fine if he’s careful and doesn’t have to move her body much. Otherwise, she comes out of it and is with him in the time-stopped state.
Sudden thought, he entices girls for secret exhibition fun by fucking in front of time-stopped people, or other shenanigans.
