>>4929382I've only seen the anime but dude, I feel exactly the same way. He's too one-note to even be called a character. He's a single emotion - anger - embodied and it's not cool, it just makes him seem like he's a retarded toddler (which, incidentally, he is). The scene where he's having a tantrum after winning first place in the tournament arc... Jesus fucking Christ.
I would go so far as to say that it's a plot hole that the only thing UA did to try and sort him out was send him to Best Jeans for a week, when he's clearly some sort of sociopath whose anger and arrogance would make him a danger to society if he was given the education and training that would facilitate more effective use of his quirk. So what do they do? Give him the education and training that would facilitate more effective use of his quirk! No wonder villains shot up the school in the first half if this is the way authority figures run shit. And for some reason, Deku also respects this cunt.
Okay, so the way characters treat Bakucunt is retarded, but how about the way the plot deals with him? Zero comeuppance for any of the shitty way he treats his peers and superiors, instead he succeeds at pretty much everything he tries. The closest he got to karma was Deku's sugar daddy punching him in the face a few times, but Deku got that too.
