This is UpwardS. with foreplay, (press any of the 4 symbols, X,Square,O,Triangle, OR skip to Sex with R1)
foreplay is also a gameplay mechanic with normal Mino, because he would not be able to actually fuck them without building its "lewd bar" you see, this is not needed with the other Mino, but the bar is still useful because if you press L1, it greys out, when the bar is grey, the animation won't proceed to the next phase. There are 3 phases, and 4 animation cycles, you start at 1, if the bar is grey, you proceed on your own, then press either X,Square,O,Triangle to change or proceed, but then you will not reset state, you will enter state 2 of that animation cycle, and the final state 3, once at 3, pressing R1 will unlock the bar and the animation will finish.
Some characters are made to be kept going, see image, here Sakura (animation O) keeps changing, although she is a rare instance.

Downward S. can be achieved in 2 ways.
1) Bring the character down (attack with X for example)
2) Press "↓↓X"
This initiate the same foreplay mechanic as mentioned earlier but with different animations, proceed to Sex with R1 and well, same as before.
Second way, it skips the foreplay and can be used to see the first state of each of the 4 animations.

Useful, but some characters, like Taimanin Asagi won't play their animations properly.
