Plenty of people called it decent or even good, at least compared to TA2 (or even Murakami's work, if he's not to their taste).
The fact that's there's hype for the second episode must mean they also enjoyed the first episode, because it's looking like more of the same quality.
I mean, for the initial hype thread of TA3 I could at least understand the hype a bit.
Sure, TA2 was shit, but the screencaps looked promising and the TA3 VN was filled to the brim with amazing content. surely Lilith wouldn't let ZiZ let all of that do to waste.
And then it came out.
And then I saw people praise it at places.
And now I'm seeing hype for the second episode.
And, honestly, I can't help but be confused.
