This is probably an underrated setting that I can't help but love. I don't know why, but probably because of it's unique(or classy if you prefer it that way) 'power fantasy' style of rape and harem, i.e a suave looking MC who works his way to the top and is not afraid to get his hands dirty just to achieve wealth, status, prestige, power, and all the women.

Is this type of setting/fetish rare?

I'll be dumping the only two best examples that I have.
