A story (probably high school/college) where a guy gets incriminating video or something on a girl he likes but doesn't like him (ideally she's bitchy and stubborn in general). They work out (arguing) that he can do anything he wants to, to her for a month except for sex, which they agree means penetration (of any kind, as her insistence).
He would take a lot of time and care massaging her and kissing and nibbling parts of her body, getting her really worked up. That means her rules slowly cede little by little ("it's just touching through clothes" > on skin > just kissing > just licking, until he would be full on eating her out, minus penetration (her one hard rule, though with tongue she sometimes forgets light intrusions for a few moments). He's very discrete about their encounters and as time goes on she finds she enjoys spending time in those moments of theirs. Just prattling on about dumb gossip stuff during the resting periods was nice. She liked being around him more than her boyfriend.
Eventually near the end of their month, he's edging her up again for another few hours of play, but she stops him and pulls him up to kiss him and they finally have sex. For the rest of the month (a week?) they fuck like lust filled bunnies all the times they can arrange (mostly under the guise of him ordering her, but she drops some big suggestions about orders sometimes), they even have a pubic encounter or two (not caught, but it was a little too crazy). At the end she dates him.
