>>8566923There's really only one kind of kegel exercise, you tense them and then release, the only variation is in the length of time you hold the tension for, and how strongly you contract.
I do 3-4 variations, with fast tension/release with a higher number of reps, and strong contraction for longer counts at a lower number of reps.
When you're doing it for multiple orgasms, you edge very slowly and carefully, and then contract the pelvic muscles are hard as you can when getting close to orgasm.
If done right, it stops ejaculation and you may experience orgasmic sensations in your core/along your vagus nerve (well, actually orgasm is in and of itself a vagus nerve phenomenon to a great extent), coming in waves and continuing for a while as long as pelvic contraction is maintained (at least in my experience).
I have not really pushed this concept too far because I've only ever managed to do it after long periods of abstinence (weeks).
There used to be a decent article on this which goes into more detail than I ever went into on the website "revolutionary lifestyle design" called "how to have male multiple orgasms" or something of the sort, but the article is gone now. I think you may be able to find it on the waybackmachine.
