How do you make friends? I am so depressed/scared/angry etc... I dont know what to do, I work nine to five 4days a week rest of the time im more or less alone... point being, can you make meaningfull relations online?

thats easy, i'm good at making friends at an event or something, meeting people, getting contact information.

but after that its a struggle. even with people i've known my whole life, i'll see them like once every 2 years have a great time, then nothing. idk whats wrong with me.

not really because of that, not really suicidal, but really depressed since it also makes it hard for me to find a good job since forming relationships at work is important for anything except entry level stuff.

being by myself 90% of the time wouldn't be so bad if i wasn't struggling otherwise, always worrying about making ends meet.

Find hobbies. I've made a good chunk of friends playing Pathfinder tabletop rpg. It's a worldwide thing, so you can play your character anywhere with anyone. They have regular meetings, at least mine does, at least once a week. And before you complain, a lot of the people who go are hygenic, are able to carry a conversation, and generally have other hobbies and friends that you can use to make more friends
