Not only does she have 0 interest in men (despite marrying one) but also is a lesbian (despite having never thought that way before), and is insanely attracted to Cleo (despite having a purely professional relationship up until now).
The stuff after is pretty hot, but the hypnosis should have just been making Isabella bi so Cleo could woo Isabella with her own charms while not contradicting all of her life before. Or just not use hypnosis and have Isabella be bi from the beginning with the exact same setup.
