https://gofile.io/d/UKQBeE- based on the final 4 membership voices posted, i was able to confirm for myself that the wav files Chloe had been uploading for members really are damaged at the source, with the mp3 versions being in abr rather than cbr or vbr. previously i had speculated that this damage was coming from re-uploaders, as the wav files in official voice packs show no signs of truncation. clearly, this was wrong and i have no idea what she was doing differently for official packs.
- Chloe's fan discord was also largely dead and nearly completely useless, so no complete archive of youtube posts.

https://twitter.com/sakamatachloe/status/1477161000088784898 her membership was opened on 2022-01-01, which matches the creation date of the members channel on the fan discord. the reason i bring this up, is that the oldest membership post i could get to was pic related, and one of the earliest comments in the members only discord channel mentioned the poll on 2022-01-03. ergo, either this is the oldest membership post, or there's maybe one or two more that are now lost. as for public posts, since she debuted on 2021-11-29 there's potentially a month of so of public youtube posts not included. being as those are public and can still be viewed with the url alone, if anyone ever posts the urls for them i will add them.
- lastly, Chloe appears to have done timed uploads of several videos and audio recordings in the early days of her membership. obviously those links are long dead and the content has seemingly never been posted. why she would do this instead of uploading the videos to membership proper is beyond me.
oh and the final wallpaper may hint at her re-debuting in march or april, assuming people's interpretation of "3D" being crossed out and followed by "3M" being correct. apparently it's a reference to one piece's "3D2Y"
