It's the lowest effort you can put into it possible. Just download a sample you didn't even made yourself and then recite your mediocre poetry.
It's like the youtube poop of music. There are some good ones here and there, but to get to them, you need to wade through a whole lot of rubbish and garbage, because due to it's low skill entry level, everyone thinks he is a rap god.
Though if a female rapper happens to be cute or sexy, I can just turn off the sound so there is that.
