>>39477319Feminism has always been a big tent and included a lot of people from all over the political spectrum, but because nuance is dead we treat everything as if there are only two sides.
Cisgender (or non-dysphoric theyfabs aka. cis with extra steps) feminist woman not being understanding of trans people is like such a non-story, people using "woke" language while discriminating against you is a non-story, white women thinking that feminism is about how their lives are uniquely super hard without taking into account intersectionality is a non-story. And if you point that out to them it's a coinflip if the reaction will be to hear you out or to have a "why i left the left" moment.
Nothing in life will save you from having to prove that you personally, specifically are a cool, safe person. And that's okay.
