In a perfect world transitioning is not a big deal. For those with dysphoria it is seen as a means to improve one's quality of life, and for those without it is seen as just another body modification. I believe this would reduce the amount of detransitioners as well given that 1. it wouldn't be stigmatized 2. grifting wouldnt be a thing in this universe 3. repping wouldn't be a thing either. Transitioning should be seen as a win for technology and medicine. There is nothing wrong with wanting to change one's body regardless of the reason. In a world like this, even terms such as agp/aap are normalized and just seen as another part of the psyche. Live and let live would be the norm.
