I find them pretty off-putting. The first thing I do when I see a photo of a hot guy who has them is photoshop off all the moles before I save it. If only it was so simple in real life.

Those look more like dark freckles than moles. Moles are more raised than that.

Strong freckles like that? Sure.
Real moles that make people look like they have some sort of disease? Probs not.
