>>12579241) Take a shoelace, make one loop around your penis AND balls, and loosely tighten it.
2) Take a leg of pantyhose, fold it in half, and put one of the ends (preferably the part where the two ends meet after you've folded it in half so that they don't get in the way later) through where the shoelace goes on top of your penis.
3) Now tighten the shoelace and tie it. It should be tight enough that you can't get your balls out and can't pull the pantyhose out. Also, make sure you're flaccid (might want to use an ice pack or watch ISIS burning people or something to prevent yourself from getting an erection).
4) Using the remaining shoelace, make another separate loop, this time ONLY around your penis, and loosely tighten it on the bottom of your penis.
5) Pull the other end of the pantyhose through this second loop on the bottom of your penis. How much you pull through (and consequently the extent to which you prevent an erection) is up to you, but the more the merrier.
6) Tie it on the bottom of your penis.
