I remember a story of a South African sign language interpreter who got a job on live TV during the Football World Cup... only turn out to be a fraud. After the fact, not before. These sign language speakers take everyone for fools.
Another thing that annoys me about this GIF is this woman's emotion. What is it? Clearly not happiness.
Summing up: good GIF, very annoying. I highly recommend it but be prepared to take responsibility for your message afterwards, or to make a disclaimer that it represents a fictional character, not your actual opinion.
