e.g. Pretty much every girl drawn in any hentai that doesn't have a tan (intentionally) is drawn with big eyes and pure white (or really fair) skin - this is a beauty standard, even if both of these traits are incredibly rare in actual Asian women.
On the other hand, darker skin is a sign of someone who's outdoors a lot (labouring, sports, etc - you know, typical manly shit) so your typical well-built man in hentai is more often going to have darker skin. And I couldn't tell you how common it actually is, but I've heard a lot of Asian men have darker genitals - or at least it's not so uncommon that it's strange.
So while there certainly has been an increase in interracial stuff coming out of Japan (both hentai and AVs), a lot of the time the "interracial" stuff in hentai is just how they draw it...
