It's basically all right. Translation patch translates the interface okay, but the "story mode" dialogue is borderline incoherent and the h-scene dialogue is untouched. Uncensor patch leaves you with kind of ludicrous looking sex scenes where the penis barely even approaches the associated orifices and shifts sizes surreally during oral sex. But you get three girls, a variety of positions and activities, and an okay handful of locations (though they change little to nothing). Unlocking "trained" mode on each girl is a matter of a lot of stupid repetition and guesswork though. Unlocked save is the way to go unless you really need to hear them protesting and crying.
