The name of this game is "Kazoku keikaku -Tsui oku-" created by D.O. I think this is not visual novel, but an adventure game. According to wikipedia in Japanese, The content is the same as "Kazoku keikaku" but some voices and graphics are added in "tsui oku". PSP version is also available.
